Continues to be the best service and ambiance for sushi dining nearby. They're soooo patient with us when breaking down our options for gluten free dairy free. It's so nice to be able to enjoy sushi in a way that takes dietary restrictions into consideration! The tequila mango cocktail - unsweetened- was a chefs kiss ! My absolute obsession are these mini sushi sandwiches with avocado jalapeño and raw fish, with these rice crunchy balls on the outside. They also have two home made sauces that are dairy free gluten free! Plus the create your own allows for me to have fully cooked rolls with added veggies made for my mom who does not eat raw fish. Seaweed salad and avocado crab salad are a must !

Came here with family for the first time recently and it was a very pleasant experience. I started with a delicious miso soup and then followed with a vegetarian rolls (asparagus, cucumber, and radish) as well as ebi (shrimp). My wife was pleased to find they had uni (sea urchin) on their menu. They make some very interesting cocktails and have a good Japanese beer selection as well.

My friends and I had the pleasure of dining at Yume, and it certainly won't be my last visit. From the moment we walked in, it was evident that we were in for a treat. We were promptly seated at a wonderful table. Our server, Cathy, truly went above and beyond to ensure our evening was unforgettable. Her warm demeanor and attentive service made us feel welcome and valued from the get-go. Not only did Cathy make our special occasion even more memorable, but she also provided fantastic recommendations that perfectly complemented our meal. Whether it was guiding us through the menu or ensuring our glasses were never empty, she was always there when we needed her, effortlessly enhancing our dining experience. These days exceptional service is hard to come by, Cathy's professionalism and genuine hospitality stood out. Her personal touch made all the difference, leaving a lasting impression that has me eagerly looking forward to my next visit to Yume. Without a doubt, I'll be returning soon, and I'll be sure to request Cathy as my server once again.

Delicious and tasty. They have a great happy hour ending by 6pm. Seating was readily available during the week and parking was along the street or in the designated garage. The fish was hearty and fresh. The happy hour menu is about a 3rd of the price for a roll and for the rolls not on the hh menu, it's $2 off its normal price. The service was courteous and very attentive. The ambiance is trendy, which is perfect for a date night or meeting with friends. Will definitely be back for their happy hour again. Enjoy!

I have been frequenting Yume sushi for years. They always have the best service and the restaurant has a very elegant and classy feel to it. It's the perfect spot for date night, celebration, or if you just want some good sushi. Definitely make a reservation if you plan to come on the weekend or for dinner on a weekday. I love that they have outdoor seating too so whenever it's nice out I always go. My go to is always the salmon lover roll. I love their mango salsa they put on top and I order it every time I come (sometimes twice)! The tuna tartare is also a great appetizer. It's a nice balance of tangy sauce and spiciness (from the wasabi chips). The presentation is also always on point. I love the huge platters they bring out when I order lots of rolls. Sometimes if it's really busy and they have new people, the rolls are a little uneven but I haven't noticed it often.

I had not gone to Yume in years, and they really stepped up their game. We went on a Tuesday night and the restaurant was packed. Luckily we made a reservation. The waitress was helpful walking us through the specials of the day. We ordered a few dishes to share. - edamame: this was the only disappointment of the night. We got the spicy version. I did not find the spice to add much value to the flavor. On top of that it was undercooked. - wagyu roll: just melts in your mouth - all about eel: was good. Eel and tamago are two of my favorite things. I just wish we got more eel in the roll The other rolls were all to die for. My favorite was the spicy tuna roll topped with uni. I am very picky with uni, and this was one of the best I've had in the US (sorry, can't beat the Tsukiji market ) We finished with the Strawberry crepe cake. It was so good we almost ordered a second one.

Did I just find my new favorite sushi bar? Yes. Yume Sushi came *highly* recommended by a coworker, and it did not disappoint. A friend and I stopped by on a Sunday afternoon and sat at the sushi bar so we could ogle the fresh seafood. We ordered the following: - eel hand roll - lavender smoked salmon nigiri - ikura (salmon roe) nigiri - scallop nigiri - spicy toro, uni, & French caviar roll - uni pasta - shrimp tempura - cucumber salad - seaweed salad (Almost) everything was absolutely divine. You simply must order the spicy toro, uni, and French caviar roll. (If you've never tried uni, I would describe it as creamy ocean butter-- just get it.) The only dish I didn't care for was the shrimp tempura bc it came with a side of rice instead of mixed tempura vegetables, and there was no tempura dipping sauce. It wasn't bad, it just paled in comparison to the delicious sushi. The service was also impeccable from the bartender/manager, to the waitress, to the sushi chef. We also got a few nice extras by sitting at the bar-- let's just say we had an uni and caviar fest. Yume will probably see me monthly from here on out.

Come with me to @yumesushiva to enjoy their Valentine's Day 4 Course Pre-Fixe Dinner for $80 per person~ Every part of this meal was exquisite! The dishes I enjoyed the most were the Carpaccio Style White Fish and of course, "The Winner"! Dessert was a crepe cake and an astonishing Bird's Nest, where the crunchy bedding pairs nicely with the ice cream
